“I strongly believe that people don’t exist on their own. They live with families or partners and in a community. Dietary changes need to fit into real life and be easy to implement. This helps to ensure that the changes are sustainable and enjoyable life long! Whether you are trying to lose weight or improve a medical condition, understanding the role that food and nutrition play is the key to success.”
